What should I do if my cat isn't using the fountain?
Some cats can take longer to adapt to their fountain than others
In the first instance, we'd recommend ensuring that the fountain is placed in a desirable drinking spot. Cats instinctively want to drink when it's safe to do so, so you could try it on a raised platform such as a work surface or table
It's also worth trying the different settings to see if they prefer a constant flow of water or alternatively a motion sensor that turns on when they stand nearby
Try this over the course of a few weeks and then if they still aren't using it, we'd suggest using catnip on the fountain head
How regularly should I change the filters?
We'd recommend you change the filters every 2 - 4 weeks depending on the usage. In multi-cat house holds, it's better to change them every 2 weeks to ensure the cleanest water!
